Hi Ram,

Dunno what you mean by "Process Description"- Each of the 18 KPAs share some
common features like goals, ability to perform, activities, measurement and
verification and so on.

These areas have been dealt in detail by the SEI- of Carnegie Mellon Univ.
Try locating the TR25 document from the University's website.
