Dick...The only change I would make is to drop the S from EST. It
doesn't contribute anything.
- Some international locations don't change based on Standard or
Daylight. Excample: I was in Jamaica a coupe of months ago and they
don't. I also think, though not sure, that there are some places in
the US that don't recognize the change.
- At any point in the year, the time is the time. 8 AM Eastern Time
is always 8 am, whether its standard or daylight savings.
