Here's what I was told to do for a similar problem. It worked for me.



Click the Start menu, point to Settings, and click Printers.

Select the Distiller printer. Choose File, Server Properties.

On the Forms tab, click Create a new form, then enter your desired custom
page size dimensions. Name the custom form something you can recognize.

Open your Word file.

Open the Print dialog box.

Select the Distiller printer, then select the custom form you created.

Close the Print dialog box.

Use the PDFMaker macro to create your PDF file.



That SHOULD get you the custom page size in your PDF.
