Hi,

I've had limited exposure to GNATS (http://www.gnu.org/software/gnats/),
from the Free Software Foundation. I can't actually recommend it--I
haven't used it enough, but it's definitely free. It's apparently got
several Web interfaces, including Gnatsweb
(http://savannah.gnu.org/projects/gnatsweb).

A cheapish alternative that I can recommend is ProblemTracker
(http://www.netresultscorp.com/pt_home.html). It's got a straightforward
Web interface and seems to do everyone we need a bug-tracking program to
do.

I should also mention that I entered "bug tracking software free" [no
quotes] into Google and got a mere 130,000 results. Thanks. DB.
