Well, straight cyan is actually the correct color. That's what non-repro blue is (for obvious reasons if you think about it). However, Word uses an RGB model and does not happily use a CMYK model. The default turquoise is 0, 255, 255 in RGB, which converts to 57, 0, 27, 0 in CMYK. What you're looking for is 100, 0,0,0. The RGB equivalent (just did this in Photoshop, which may produce slightly different results in different environments) is 55, 167, 232, which you can set in the Word Custom Colors widget (the Custom tab on the More Colors dialog).

At least I _think_ this is right ;-)
