This new process delivers the following benefits to the business:
- Improve adherence to corporate discount policies, increase sales
efficiencies, improve margins, automate and expedite a
standardized Discount Approval process.


It seems to me that if you are talking about a single object ("This new process"), you should use the singular tense ("improves...increases...").

But, I'm just a humble mathematician/techwriter who is still looking for a new job. What do I know?
