Hello all!

My humble opinion of course but...I'd actually *RATHER* work with someone
who is older than me.

Here's why:

A. The ones I have worked with generally have had more life experience than
me and I found listening to them fascinating. I have learned more from just
sitting and listening than I have in alot of my classes in school.

B. The ones I have worked with generally have been alot more interesting
than the folks my own age (age 28 by the way). Most of the folks that I
have worked with who are older than me (my parents' age and older) have had
more interests in common with me than folks my own age. I am even thinking
of a few of the "cranky ones" that some people have talked about (you know,
the ones that say "wellll, way back in '06...we wrote on rocks and we liked
it.") You can learn alot if you look past the complaining to see if they
actually may have a point.

C. The ones I have worked with generally have been there to work...not
socialize, goof off, or other slacker behaviour. I could and can count on
them to produce and be good team members. I hope I have been able to live
up to doing the same for them.

Also, Mike, I looked at the picture. You look perfectly fine in my book (if
you even care what others think).

Thanks a bunch!
Faith
