Hello Kimberly,

I had a similar form on one of my sites, although I did not create it in Dreamweaver, but used a free form service. Here is the link:

http://matisse.ceu.hu/departs/envsci/soe/form.htm

You can view the code. When you click on the 'submit' button, you get a 'thank you for filling out the form' page with a summary of your responses and a link back to the home page.

Hope it will help.

Regards,

Larisa

I am trying to work with a form---when the users clicks on submit I would
like for them to be redirected to a page that says thank you for your
submission. How do I link to that with in the form. I have the form set to
post so the answers can go to the proper location but I cant figure out how
to link the form to the thank you response form....is this possible?
Any help pleasssssssssssssssssssse
