I would never discriminate based on a job history like that you describe,
having a similar work history myself. The economy being what it is, I
wouldn't marvel that someone moved to several places to take different
contracts, but I might ask what was so compelling about those jobs to entice
him to move each time to take one. I've taken quite a few three month
contracts, myself, because there's been nothing else in my area without
taking a huge pay cut for a permanent position.
