Quite true -- IT's really a pretty small world (at least in some places). If
you badmouth a previous employer, even if it doesn't come back to bite you,
a prospective employer may wonder if you'll badmouth them after you move on.
Besides, if the place was really that bad, other IT shops in the area will
already know what you're not saying, and may appreciate your professionalism
in not dwelling on the negative.
