I hope that I am not going to start a stir here, but why is RoboHelp not a
viable single-source solution if you need to produce print or PDF as one of
the outputs? My company came to the same conclusion and has gone with
FM/WebWorks or straight RoboHelp. I don't really know the specifics and
would like to.

We just purchased RH2002 and I have been researching the new, "improved"
Word importation capability. I was going to start toying with it in my
spare time to see if it is worth work time. If not, I have the FM/WebWorks
option--I even have templates for this purpose. However, I would like to
know more about why the FM/WebWorks solution is superior. What makes Word
to RoboHelp 2002 an inferior single-source solution?
