Simple, I have received and answered numerous requests - from "Hi I am
starting in tech writing, please fix my resume, analyse all this background
and help me" to "tell me everything about lists", mostly generated from
these lists but sent to me persoanlly - as is the case in point here.
My beef is someone writing to us on the list, expecting free time spent in
answering, and 'whinging' about having to do the same. I find it
hypocritical and quite frankly, and further reply on this subject will cost
you $20.
