I've been actively looking for work since June before my contract expired,
so far several interviews but no offers.
What really frosts me, and several other looking for work TWs are several
companies who have been running the *same ad for the same position* since
mid-December! In my area (Phoenix metro) you would think that all qualified
job seekers would have answered the ad by now! I've even been contacted
directly by the HR folks who "saw your resume on ***.com and thought you
might be interested in ...." When return contact is made I'm informed that
"we've received over 300 resumes and have to sort thru them." Folks, these
companies are *still* advertising for the positions.
