Yes, you can. Try Gemini which is a PDF extraction tool. You can download it from
http://www.iceni.com/geminiSet.html.

You could also try BCL Jade which is an Acrobat plugin that converts PDF to Word.
You can download a trial version from http://bcl-computers.com/.
