Seeking Resume Assistance

I am looking for someone with experience hiring techncial writers or someone
who specializes resumes for technical writers to help me perfect my resume.

 I have been a technical writer in software for 13 years, but switched to
localization project management for 2 years. Now I want to return to tech
writing. I was recently layed off by IBM. I would like to either stay in
Florida or return to Indianapolis.
