Too much. :-)  I edit them quite a bit when I first start using a particular
graphic or screen shot. I crop them, clean them up, adjust color, remove
writing, add writing, re-size, and even create from scratch when necessary. On
the other hand, I am amassing a library that is reducing the amount of
adjustments needed. Usually I get them to a set standard and don't edit after
that. I then re-use whenever possible. Those I end up inserting and forgetting
about them.

It's all just another part of my production routine and something I take into
consideration when estimating my time requirements.
