I do as much as is needed, whether it is cropping, editing, touch-ups, splicing multiple pictures into one, adding the mouse pointers (I use a simple Alt+PrtScn for my caps), re-sizing, whatever. My wife is a graphic artist and has taught me a lot about PhotoShop over the years.
