www.merriamwebster.com (or other similar bound reference, but online is
easier)
Microsoft Computer Dictionary

2. I writer user manuals and online help for network management software (and
the associated installation of same) at work; I write mainstream fiction at
home.

3. Cat person. Definitely a cat person!
