I have done two things that have reduced discomfort from using the mouse.
1) I bought an ergonomic mouse. Since then I have bought a trackball. I got
Logitech both times and have been impressed. I got my trackball through a
site I found on Pricewatch. @24.00 plus shipping.
2) I started using a hand exerciser (The one tennis players use-looks like a
"V" with a metal coil at the base). These can be used while watching TV,
reading, talking on the phone, sitting at lights, etc.
My cause, though, may be a little different. I used to be involved in Ju
Jitsu, which is hard on the wrist, albows, and shoulders.
