Be willing to spend some time and money making sure your computer setup is
comfortable to use. It'll be worth it in the long run.

I use my mouse a lot, and am a big fan of those mousepads with the
built-in gel-filled wrist rest - I refuse to work on a machine for any
length of time without one.

Good luck, and stay vigilant for potential injuries!
