I think I have to second that; brevity is the soul of things other than wit. I've only been here a week and I'm reading documents that say things like, "On clicking of the Delete Button the following information is deleted...."

The only thing I would want to teach my SMEs would be to get to the point.
Sometimes, I get these long, winding e-mails filled with lots of details,
but no real clear reason. When I go over to ask what it means, they say,
"Oh, users can't replace a widget with a thingy."
