I had carpal tunnel so bad a couple of years ago, I couldnt sleep at night,
I've been punding a keyboard for 25 years.

I did three things and it went away. I'm not positive which was the most
important.

1. I had my chiropractor work on it, manipulating the neck, shoulder, elbow,
and hand.

2. I took glucosamine/chondroiten

3. I put a inch think foam pad as a wrist rest in front of the keyboard.

At the time, I came to the conclusion that it was this third thing that
really made the difference. The angle of the wrists was what was agravating
the carpal tunnel.

Now I still have foam pads on all my keyboard, and I don't have the problem.
I still spend 12 hours a day or more at the keyboard, at work and at home.
No carpal tunnel syndrome.

I was afraid I was going to have to have surgery etc. It went away in about
a week when I put in the foam pad.
