Dear List-

Could someone help me clarify exactly what "knowledge
management" is and how it relates to technical writing
and technical writers? Yahoo! presented an article
yesterday listing technical skills that were in high
demand and this was one of them. I'm also attending an
STC presentation this weekend titled "From Technical
Communication to Knowledge Management: The Next
Epoch." I'd like to have some idea what it is before I
attend.

Thanks!
Richard
