Actually, I've already answered that earlier today. I don't know anybody who's been fired for it, but I do know two people who've gotten reprimanded for it.
When my brother-in-law worked for Ross Perot's company in Plano, he got in trouble for a joke somebody forwarded to him.
As I've already stated earlier in this discussion, when I worked for Stewart & Stevenson (a defense contractor in the Houston area), one of my co-workers got called on the carpet for the contents of e-mails he was receiving.
