I'm sure the anti-STC/union/peer-help factions will bristle at suggestions such as these, but sometimes groups of varying ilk put together bunches of information useful to outsiders....

A good place for KM information is KMWorld, which is a monthly trade newspaper for the KM industry. Each issue typically has some product information, so-called "best" practices, case studies, and of course news. They are at:

http://www.kmworld.com

If you haven't already done the bingo-card subscription thing, do so. It's an interesting look into a sometimes confusing arena.

Another industry-site with information about Enterprise Content Management, KM's little brother, is the Association for Image and Information Management, or AIIM. They're at:

http://www.aiim.org

They're heavily into the interoperability issues, and work close with a variety of other groups, and they have their own standards organizations as well.
