Thanks to all who have responded with advice and references. We are
currently looking at Dragon Naturally Speaking and IBM's ViaVoice, and we
are still open to other alternatives. I am pleased to see the company's
(Cisco) responsiveness to this issue!

As soon as we have a resolution, I'll post a summary to the llist. We truly
appreciate all your thoughtfulness and insignt. Thanks so much!
