For example, lets say you have a 100 Kb GIF file. What I am looking for is the equivalent file size in PNG and JPEG of the same file when converted?

You have asked a question that cannot be answered quantitatively without considering the characteristics of the original pictorial subject.

If the amount of detail is a factor, the choice of the format will change the size of the file.
If the amount (gamut) of colour is a factor, the choice of the format will change the size of the file in a different way.

JPEG is an _image_ compression technology while GIF and PNG are _data_ compression technologies.
JPEG is lossy (looses data) and GIF and PNG are lossless.

Can you ask the question in a different way? Best,
