I have. Life 101. Though slept through most of it, and
was hung over for the rest. I can sum it up for you
with the only valid tidbit I ever got out of techcomm
schooling: "know your audience".

People can teach and learn all they want, but in order
to actually provide valid service, you need to learn
about those to whom you're writing and adjust
accordingly. Courses can't teach you this, they can
only tell you to do it.
