Thank you, everyone, for your advice on this topic. We haven't made a decision yet as to what our process will be exactly, but knowing the options and how others have found them is helpful.

The joys and headaches of starting a group from scratch are innumerable - this list is a great antidote for the latter. :-) Thanks!!
