Seems to me that everyone is right. Content is useless if it cannot be found
or understood, and fonts are a small part of the equation.

To be found -- consider audience, indexes, links, cross-references, and
delivery formats
To be understood -- consider audience, design (font, white space, layout,
delivery formats) and wording (spelling, grammar, structure, conventions).
