I produce both system and end user documentation. For the system
documentation, the audience is usually technical such as engineers, system
administrators, and DBAs. For the end user documentation, the audience is
usually not technical.

I charge the same rate for both types of documentation. However, I was told
that I should be charging a higher rate for system documenation. Now, I am
not so sure.

I am looking for opinions. What pays more system or end user
documentation?
