Junior needs hand-holding. Not very experienced in
project management, writing, or technology.

Mid-level is competant. Good writing, project
management, and tech skills/knowledge. Can be left to
work as he/she sees fit, within reason.

Senior level is a key player. Knows his/her shoy re:
writing/tech/proj. mgmt. Can train others and lead
projects. Some say they can walk on water too, but
I've never seen it.
