Eric and Deb, pardon the cross-post, but there may be folks on techwr-l who
never found the conference list.

If you are coming to Nashville this weekend, or have techwhirling friends
who are coming, then you've got to know about Riverstages!

(For an idea of what you can do at any time in Nashville, visit our special
section at: http://www.stcmidtenn.org/Nashville)

But what's really hot this weekend?

Riverstages! Hot music on the riverfront and throughout The District. This
annual fest is not to be missed. (I'm not encouraging you to skip any
sessions, but talk about impact!)

It's all within walking distance from many clubs and restaurants. It's an
outdoor event, so be prepared.

Who's on tap? How about:

-Counting Crows
-Garbage
-Jethro Jull
-Ani DeFranco
-Incubus
-Bo Didley
-Jack Johnson

All this and much more in the area known as The District that includes many
other clubs, restaurants, honky tonks.

As for specifics about Sunday night downtown, the online Tennessean at:
http://tennessean.com/entertainment/music/hotspots/index.shtml

For Sunday and other nights, the best thing to have in your pocket (other
than cash or credit cards), is a copy of The Nashville Rage. You can find it
online at:
