This is from Developer Marketing Patterns Annual Report, 2002 from EDC.

Q: What has the biggest impact on Product Quality Perception?
Assuming that the product works and is not plagued with bugs, what has the most impact with
developers in relation to product quality? The answer is performance, which is the least subjective of any of the qualities the developers had to pick from, with more than half saying this was the most important of the listed qualities. The second most popular answer was "Intuitive Interface", but that is perhaps the most subjective of the possible answers.

Results:
Performance: 52%
Intuitive Interface: 20%
Documentation: 10%
Problem Determination tools: 7.4%
Installation/configuration: 6.8%
Usage questions: 3%
