Examine the html code in the troublesome topics to ensure that all tags are closed. For example, if you have a <UL> at the end of a topic that does not end with </UL> and print another topic below it, the second topic will be indented. Similarly, if you have unclosed heading tags at the end of a topic, that could also create problems.
