You mean you can't do that with Distiller settings? (I use PDFMaker manually, so I don't know, but I'd be disappointed if that were the case.)

I'm pretty sure you can invoke Word with a macro name that you want it to run.

I still think the Scheduled Tasks control panel is worth a look.
