Why am I using Word? Well, generally I don't use it,
but one editor insists I use it to compose my
articles, and it's driving me nuts to have to revert
back to an application that uses 19% of available
system resources just to launch a blank document. ;)
What got me started in Word? Business. It's out there,
it's shipped with pretty much any Windows business
machine as part of a package deal, so it's perceived
as a "free" tool.
