IMHO, no, it's not. Aside from how ugly it _sounds_, consider this:
Google on "invoiceable" : ~346 results.
Google on "incentivize" : ~7500 results.
It's not even as popular as incentivize, which I would _never_ use, so in
this writer's opinon, don't use a word like invoiceable... that's even less
widely used.

Yes, much better - as long as you don't call it a complete sentence. :)
