Then the workaround becomes calling the developer's cell
phone every thirty minutes until it is fixed, or she
turns off the phone; then you call the development manager
every thirty minutes until it is fixed, and climb up
the tree until you mention to the CEO the next time you're
golfing with him that there's this little annoying
problem with The Package, then it gets fixed by EOB the
very next day. heh.
