Yeah - mine :-)

1) MS dictates natural language terms - BANG

2) MS spins all language derivations to their own angle (eg Spreadsheet)

3) MS is not an established world authority on grammar, style or vocabulary
usage.

4) Only use it when no authority says something different.

Me, I prefer CMS as a basic then state the variations.
