Thanks for the suggestions, but there are some details I didn't make clear.
Most of the instructions don't detail the installation of our software, but
things you must know/do before and after with the web server, app server or
database. Our installer is a very small part of this process. There is
little "context" we have control over.
That's why I thought the web idea would work - read a bit, select a branch
at the end, read another bit, select a branch, run this process, etc. BEA's
WebLogic app server docs are like this (onlne only, too), so I figured if
they can get away with it, so can I. What do peple think about the online
web solution?
