WebWorks Publisher Professional (www.webworks.com)
Mif2Go (www.omsys.com)
RoboHelp (www.ehelp.com)

There may be more, but that's what immediately comes
to mind. Note that of the three I mentioned, only the
first two can actually be used to single-source from
FrameMaker to online Help. RoboHelp can only repurpose.
