|Every ounce of work I have ever performed in return
|for payment has been proprietary. The only reason I
Me too.
What I have done is include a clause in my employment contracts stating that
I am allowed to use my work for future interview situations. All the
employers I've had don't seem to have a problem with this, especially as
they employed me by looking at the proprietary information of my previous
employers. I do not leave a copy with anyone, and the disk does not leave
my sight when interviewing.
I have never gone from one employer directly to a competitor - just lucky
this situation hasn't come up, I guess.
