I've gotten so many great responses from people on this list. Thanks to all
of you who wrote to me. I'll be traveling down to Charlotte this weekend to
look around.

I've also got my resume updated and will be looking for job possibilities in
WI, so I have more options than "move" or "don't let the door hit you in the
rear on the way out the door". There are 16 people in my department, and
we've heard that positions will likely NOT be filled for the people who opt
not to move.

Thanks again. This list has been a great resource.
