Greetings!

First, re: gaffer's tape vs. duct tape.
Gaffer's tape is much better for those instances in
which the tape is not expected to be permanent. That
is because it doesn't leave behind the sticky adhesive
residue that duct tape usually does! Thus, if you
don't use gaffer's tape, it's a very good idea to buy
a product designed for painless adhesive removal. The
type I have is called "Goo Gone"!
