I think Sean's point was that if a company can get the
work done in a less expensive way, it will. Don't know
how much cheaper it'd be to hire work out of India
than the US though... I hear salaries are 20-30% lower
due to the difference.

All this aside, I find it hard to believe that you are
so shocked at the banter on this list. Hell, a mere
question of spacing after a period can go on for weeks
at a time...
