I have been asked to memorialize a five day conference by taking minutes.
So far I have asked all speakers to provide speaker notes, handouts and
copies of all PowerPoint-type presentations. I have been told by the
organizers of the conference that this will not be possible for most of the
speakers, since most of the breakout sessions will be roundtable-type
discussions. Does anyone have any suggestions how to handle this? I have
been thinking about providing a summary of each session and highlighting
all action items.

Thanks
