I don't think you'll find any resource like that. Terms get flung around quite a bit and there really isn't an industry standard from what I can tell. I think the thread on "fly-outs" demonstrated that pretty well. :-) My suggestion is that you pick a single resource and go with whatever they call it. That said, I do have a bunch of technical writing related links on my web site:
