Of course, I use Netscape 4.75, so I'm not one to talk.

Wise choice. Netscape 4.75 is stable and bug-free; Netscape 6 is not.

Three suggestions:

1. Suggest strongly that she download and install v6.2. It isn't perfect, but it is much more stable than 6 and fixes a few of the major bugs.

2. Check out these excellent resources for cross-browser development.

3. Design your web pages with an eye on compatibility issues. If you absolutely must use the latest HTML or XML bells and whistles, warn your users up-front and try to offer an alternative route to the information for the ones who cling to their dinosaur browsers, lo-rez monitors and old, slow systems.
