You didn't do any research worth a warm spit in the McDonald case, or you have
a bias that prevents you from seeing all of the picture.
Now I'll give you hint; Coffee should be warm. Coffee should not be scalding
hot. It should be consumable. The McDonald coffee was a defective product
under the law.
Now try that research again.
